FeitoAqui is operated by Izhar Perlman, Portuguese individual taxpayer NIF 216828023. Contact: info@feitoaqui.pt.
FeitoAqui is a direct-sale platform enabling Portuguese art and craft makers to sell directly to end consumers. FeitoAqui acts solely as a facilitator — it does not buy, resell or stock any products. The sale contract is established directly between the buyer and the maker.
No account is required to purchase. Customers are identified by their email address and order reference provided at checkout.
By placing an order, the customer makes a direct purchase offer to the maker. The order is confirmed upon payment verification. FeitoAqui will notify the maker by email.
Shipping is the sole responsibility of the maker. Delivery times and costs are set by each maker and shown at checkout. FeitoAqui is not responsible for delays, damage or loss during transit.
Payments are processed by EuPago in a secure environment. The amount paid by the customer is transferred directly to the maker's bank account. FeitoAqui does not process or hold customer funds.
Accepted methods: Multibanco and MB WAY.
Under Decree-Law 84/2021, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact the maker directly. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed with the maker.
Exceptions: bespoke or clearly personalised items.
Under applicable Portuguese law, the maker is responsible for the conformity of goods sold. In case of non-conformity, the customer should contact the maker directly.
FeitoAqui is not responsible for the quality, authenticity or conformity of products listed by makers, nor for any disputes between buyers and makers. FeitoAqui's liability is limited to the proper functioning of the technological platform.
All FeitoAqui content (text, logos, design) is the property of FeitoAqui unless otherwise indicated. Product images and descriptions are the responsibility and property of each maker.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the parties agree to submit to the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to the consumer's right to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies.

EU online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Under Portuguese law, FeitoAqui provides access to the electronic Complaints Book.
